You set filters for the lots you are interested in, and the Service checks everything new in the system and sends you only what matches — to Telegram, by email, as an Excel/CSV export or through the API. No. We are not an e-auction platform, an organiser or a seller's agent: we do not accept bids, guarantee or registration deposits and do not take part in auctions on your behalf. You take part yourself, through an accredited platform. Our job is to make sure you learn about the right lot in time.

From the open API of the Prozorro.Sale system, where auction organisers publish lots, documents and results. We do not scrape the website or copy documents — we link to them. Every lot links to its page on prozorro.sale. See the data sources page.

The Service checks the API regularly, and a new lot appears with us within a few minutes of appearing in the source. The Telegram notification arrives straight away on every plan, including the free one. Delays on the source side are beyond our control.

Auctions published on Prozorro.Sale: land (sale of plots and of lease rights), small-scale privatisation, lease of state and municipal property, assets of banks in liquidation (Deposit Guarantee Fund), bankruptcy sales, vehicles and machinery, and other property. You can pick the auction type in a filter.

Yes. It is public information in the form of open data: article 10-1 of the Ukrainian Law “On Access to Public Information” allows it to be freely copied, distributed and used, including commercially, with a mandatory reference to the source. That is why every lot links to the original source — keep that link if you publish the data further. Reselling raw exports from the Service as your own dataset is not allowed — see section 11 of the terms.

In your account, in the notification settings, take the link to our bot and open it in Telegram — press “Start” and the bot links to your account. From then on, notifications for your filters and tracked lots arrive in the messenger. Telegram is available on every plan, including the free one.

It depends on the plan: 2 on Free, 20 on Pro and unlimited on Business. You can change filters at any time. The plan table is on the pricing page.

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans: lots matching a filter export to Excel or CSV. Every row links to the lot page on Prozorro.Sale.

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans: a REST API for your software to request lots by your filters, and webhooks — the Service sends a request to your address as soon as a new lot or a change appears. Request limits depend on the plan; the API key is created in your account and may be blocked if the rules are broken.

By Visa or Mastercard through WayForPay — a subscription with automatic renewal: the next month or year is charged automatically, and we email a warning one day before. Sole traders and companies on the Business plan can pay by invoice, with an acceptance act. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia, and a year is 20% cheaper. See the payments page.

In your account, in the plan and payment section, or by emailing us — at any time. There will be no further charges, and the paid plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that the account switches to the free plan, and filters beyond its limit are kept for at least another 3 months.

Yes. Within 14 days of the first payment we refund it in full if you have not used paid functions yet. On a yearly plan we refund whole unused months. A payment made by mistake is refunded in full at any time. See the refund policy.

Yes: after signing up you get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card and no payment. When they end, the account switches to the free plan by itself and nothing is charged. The free plan (2 filters, instant Telegram, 10 tracked lots) has no time limit.
