You can start for free and without a card — with instant Telegram notifications. A paid plan makes sense when you need more filters, dozens or hundreds of tracked lots, or the data in Excel or in your own software through the API.

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Paying for a year is 20% cheaper than twelve months in a row. What each function does is on the features page.
What each plan includes
- Free — two filters with instant Telegram notifications, a morning email and tracking of up to 10 specific lots: new documents, changed dates, price reductions, the result. No card and no time limit — for one or two topics, such as land lease in your region.
- Pro — 20 filters, tracking of up to 200 lots, Excel / CSV export, a REST API (1,000 requests a day) and webhooks. For farmers, investors and brokers working with several auction types and regions.
- Business — unlimited filters, tracking of up to 1,000 lots, an API with 20,000 requests a day and webhooks for your own systems, payment by invoice with an acceptance act. For agricultural holdings, law and consulting firms, and services that build our data into their own.
On every plan, each lot links to its page on Prozorro.Sale — the original source is always one click away.
Trial
After you sign up you get 14 days of the Pro plan — no card, no payment. When they end, the account switches to the free plan by itself and nothing is charged. Filters beyond the free limit are paused, not deleted: choose a paid plan and they start working again.
Payment
- By card (Visa or Mastercard) through WayForPay — this is a subscription: the next month or year is charged to the card automatically, and we email a warning one day before. You can cancel at any time in your account — there will be no further charges, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- By invoice — for sole traders and companies on the Business plan: an invoice to your details and an acceptance act. Each period is paid with a separate invoice; nothing is charged automatically.
We charge only for the monitoring service. We do not accept auction deposits or payments for lots — those go through the platform on which you take part in the auction. Details are on the payments page.
What happens if you do not pay
There is no grace period: if payment has not arrived, paid functions switch off the day after the paid period ends and the account moves to the free plan. Filters and tracked lots beyond its limits are paused and kept for at least 3 months — pay, and everything works again. The free plan stays yours.
Refunds
Within 14 days of the first payment we refund it in full if you have not used paid functions yet; on a yearly plan we refund whole unused months. See the refund policy.
About the service
What does LotRadar do?
It watches Prozorro.Sale auctions for you. You set filters for the lots you are interested in, and the Service checks everything new in the system and sends you only what matches — to Telegram, by email, as an Excel/CSV export or through the API. You can also track specific lots: documents, dates, price reductions, results. See the features page.
Do you run the auctions? Can I bid or pay a deposit through you?
No. We are not an e-auction platform, an organiser or a seller's agent: we do not accept bids, guarantee or registration deposits and do not take part in auctions on your behalf. You take part yourself, through an accredited platform. Our job is to make sure you learn about the right lot in time.
Data and sources
Where does your data come from?
From the open API of the Prozorro.Sale system, where auction organisers publish lots, documents and results. We do not scrape the website or copy documents — we link to them. Every lot links to its page on prozorro.sale. See the data sources page.
How quickly do new lots appear?
The Service checks the API regularly, and a new lot appears with us within a few minutes of appearing in the source. The Telegram notification arrives straight away on every plan, including the free one. Delays on the source side are beyond our control.
Which auction types do you track?
Auctions published on Prozorro.Sale: land (sale of plots and of lease rights), small-scale privatisation, lease of state and municipal property, assets of banks in liquidation (Deposit Guarantee Fund), bankruptcy sales, vehicles and machinery, and other property. You can pick the auction type in a filter.
Is it legal to use this data?
Yes. It is public information in the form of open data: article 10-1 of the Ukrainian Law “On Access to Public Information” allows it to be freely copied, distributed and used, including commercially, with a mandatory reference to the source. That is why every lot links to the original source — keep that link if you publish the data further. Reselling raw exports from the Service as your own dataset is not allowed — see section 11 of the terms.
Notifications, exports, API
How do I connect Telegram?
In your account, in the notification settings, take the link to our bot and open it in Telegram — press “Start” and the bot links to your account. From then on, notifications for your filters and tracked lots arrive in the messenger. Telegram is available on every plan, including the free one.
How many filters can I create?
It depends on the plan: 2 on Free, 20 on Pro and unlimited on Business. You can change filters at any time. The plan table is on the pricing page.
Can I export lots to Excel?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans: lots matching a filter export to Excel or CSV. Every row links to the lot page on Prozorro.Sale.
Do you have an API?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans: a REST API for your software to request lots by your filters, and webhooks — the Service sends a request to your address as soon as a new lot or a change appears. Request limits depend on the plan; the API key is created in your account and may be blocked if the rules are broken.

In your account, in the plan and payment section, or by emailing us — at any time. There will be no further charges, and the paid plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that the account switches to the free plan, and filters beyond its limit are kept for at least another 3 months.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of the first payment we refund it in full if you have not used paid functions yet. On a yearly plan we refund whole unused months. A payment made by mistake is refunded in full at any time. See the refund policy.
Is there a trial?
Yes: after signing up you get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card and no payment. When they end, the account switches to the free plan by itself and nothing is charged. The free plan (2 filters, instant Telegram, 10 tracked lots) has no time limit.
