LotRadar is a radar for Prozorro.Sale auctions — Ukraine's state e-auction system for selling and leasing public property, land and other assets. You describe once which lots you are interested in, and the Service checks everything new that appears in the system and sends you only what matches. No more opening the site every day and scrolling through hundreds of listings.

What we track

Auctions published on Prozorro.Sale, in particular:

• land — sale of land plots and sale of lease rights;
• small-scale privatisation of state and municipal property;
• lease of state and municipal property;
• property and assets of banks in liquidation — auctions of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF);
• sales of property in bankruptcy proceedings;
• vehicles and machinery;
• other property sold or leased through the system.

Filters

A filter is a saved search: you describe the lots you need (for example auction type, region, price range), and the Service checks every new lot against it. You can have several filters — for different directions or different clients. The number of filters depends on the plan.

New lots and changes

The Service tells you not only about new lots but also about changes: the organiser added a document, moved the dates, the lot was cancelled, a repeat auction was announced at a lower price, the result was published. You see what exactly changed and miss nothing important.

Notifications in Telegram and by email

• Telegram bot — a message about the lot arrives in the messenger with the essentials: what is for sale, the starting price, the deadlines, a link to the lot page. You connect the bot from your account.
• Email — right after a lot appears, or as a digest: one email with everything new for the day.
• Instant notifications — on every plan, including the free one: the lot reaches you as soon as the Service receives it.

Tracking specific lots

Once a lot catches your eye, add it to tracking. The Service will watch that lot and tell you when:

• new or changed documents appear;
• dates change — the bid deadline, the auction day;
• the starting price changes;
• the same asset is put up again at a repeat auction — the new lot is added to tracking automatically, with the price of the previous attempt;
• the auction results become known.

Asset history

The same asset is often put up several times: if an auction fails, another one is announced, often at a lower price. Asset history brings these attempts together: which auctions there were and how the price and status changed. You can see how long the asset has been on offer and what to expect next. Available on every plan — on each lot page.

Excel and CSV export

Lots matching a filter can be exported to Excel or CSV — for your own analysis or a report to a manager or a client. Available on the Pro and Business plans.

REST API and webhooks

For those who want the data in their own system — a CRM, a website, analytics:

• REST API — your software requests lots matching your filters;
• webhooks — the Service sends a request to your address as soon as a new lot or a change appears.

Available on the Pro and Business plans; request limits depend on the plan. The rules for using data and the API are in section 11 of the terms.

A source for every lot

Every lot — in a message, in the account, in an export and in the API — links to its page on Prozorro.Sale. The information and documents there are what counts, so checking the original source is one click away.

What the Service does not do

We are not an e-auction platform or an auction organiser: we do not run auctions, do not accept bids, guarantee or registration deposits and do not bid on your behalf. You take part in an auction yourself, through an accredited platform. Our job is to make sure you learn about the right lot in time and miss nothing.
