Prozorro.Sale auctions in Rivne: privatization prices multiply, while a station complex is up for the tenth time

As of 16 October 2026, 29 auctions in Rivne accept applications on Prozorro.Sale: leases, sales of Ukrposhta and customs assets, bankruptcy, seized land. In the last 60 days the city held 136 auctions, and 91 of them failed. But the average is misleading: privatization in Rivne is among the most competitive, while asset sales and commercial leases hardly find buyers.

Privatization: prices multiply

In the last 90 days the city held six privatization auctions, and in most of them the price soared:

• an unfinished building at 5 Stepana Demianchuka St (seller — the regional branch of the State Property Fund) — UAH 9,200,200 from a start of 908,343, ten times more;
• an administrative building at 1 Tykha St — UAH 2,901,000 from a start of 998,400;
• 20.8 m² premises at 27 Shkilna St — UAH 1,200,001 from 214,614, and 207.8 m² in the same building — 3,800,001 from 2,144,076;
• 32.2 m² premises in a nine-storey residential building — 1,005,000 from 443,820.

City council land is similar: a 0.0961 ha plot on Mlynivska St sold for UAH 805,000 from a start of 312,623 (at the third attempt). And Ukrenergo sold damaged transformer equipment as secondary raw material — UAH 4.16 million and 3.76 million from starts of 2.32 and 1.91 million.

What does not sell

Sales of state company and customs assets are a different story: of 36 such auctions in two months only two took place. Commercial leases — 1 of 23. State leases do better: 29 leases from 51 auctions.

• Ukrposhta’s building complex at 3a, 3b Pryvokzalna Square — 3,021.8 m² starting at UAH 26,057,436; already the tenth attempt, auction on 20 October.
• Ukrposhta premises in the centre — about 111 m² for UAH 8,650–11,200 a month and 63 m² for 4,500, plus 45 m² also for 4,500; they are being put up for the seventh to ninth time, next auctions on 20 October.

What else accepts applications

• Bankruptcy: 334.5 m² of premises in a retail and office complex — UAH 7.32 million, second attempt, auction on 23 October; machinery of the Rivne regional road enterprise in rehabilitation at a 20% discount — a GAZ-53 for UAH 9,128, a GAZ-3221 for 8,848, a chip spreader for 9,256 (auctions on 6 November).
• Seized land from the state enforcement service: 0.1 ha for UAH 676,500 and a 0.0204 ha personal farming plot for 189,800 (auctions on 17 November).
• Rivne customs: a 2006 Jeep Commander — UAH 322,942, second customs auction, 22 October.
• Land lease from the city council: the lease right to 0.0522 ha of non-agricultural land on Mlynivska St — starting price UAH 8,150, auction on 30 October.
• Equipment: an ORTMANN-HERBST soft drink bottling line — UAH 584,100 (19 October).

What it means

In Rivne it pays to tell the markets apart. Small municipal premises and land in the city sell with competition, so budget with a margin: the starting price here is only the floor. Meanwhile assets put up for the fifth to tenth time can be had at the start, and at repeat auctions even below it.
