Prozorro.Sale Telegram bot: new lots matching your filter, right away
The bot sends new Prozorro.Sale lots to Telegram as soon as they appear and reports changes to the lots you watch: price, dates, documents, cancellation, result, repeat auction. Free — two filters.

Hundreds of lots appear on Prozorro.Sale every day: 10,495 in the last 30 days, 330–530 on a weekday. Browsing them by hand on operators’ sites takes long, and deadlines are short: for a quarter of lots, 12 days or less pass between publication and the end of applications. The LotRadar bot does this for you: set a filter once, and new lots come to Telegram by themselves.
What the bot sends
- A new lot matching your filter — type, title, oblast and settlement, starting price (monthly for leases), the application deadline and the filter that found it. Buttons: “Open lot”, “Watch”, “Turn off filter”.
- Changes to a lot you watch: new price, moved dates, new documents, cancellation, auction result. In the last week our database recorded 626 results and 169 cancellations.
- Repeat auction: if an object you watched is listed again, the bot says “Object relisted” with the price and status of the previous auction and adds the new lot to yours. Repeat attempts are common — more than half of open lots.
- If more than three lots match a filter at once, you get one summary with links instead of a dozen messages.
Set it up in two minutes
- Sign up — with email or Google.
- In your account, under “Radar”, set a filter: auction type (lease, privatization, land, bankruptcy…), oblast or city, price range, keywords. You see at once how many lots match right now.
- Press “Connect Telegram” — the bot opens, press “Start”. Done: the chat is linked to your account.
Bot commands: /filters — your filters, /stop — unlink the chat. Not a Telegram user — get the same lots in a morning email.
Why it beats searching an operator’s site
- All operators together. Lots are listed by dozens of operators — e-tender, unitender, polonex, UUB, ubiz, Prom and others. The bot sees them all because it takes data from the central Prozorro.Sale database.
- Fast. New lots reach us within minutes of publication and go straight to the bot.
- A filter, not a feed. “Premises for lease in Lviv up to UAH 20,000”, “building land in Kyiv Oblast”, “privatization up to 500,000” — you only get what you need.
- Nothing slips by. A lot changed its date or price, the auction was cancelled, the object was relisted — you know first.
