Prozorro.Sale is now selling 271 properties — from a garage for a few thousand hryvnias to factory buildings. Who sells, what it costs, what actually gets bought and how to take part.

State, municipal and bank property in Ukraine is sold at Prozorro.Sale auctions. As of 17 October 2026, applications are open for 271 properties, and 102 of them start below UAH 500,000. Most are in Ivano-Frankivsk (31), Odesa (20), Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv oblasts (17 each).
Who sells and what it costs
| Auction type | Properties now | Typical start* | What is there |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small privatization | 126 | UAH 220,750 | premises, buildings, garages of communities and the state |
| Bankruptcy | 66 | UAH 4.83 million | shops, offices, warehouses of bankrupt companies |
| Commercial sale | 46 | UAH 8 million | property of banks and companies, often large complexes |
| Sale of state enterprise and bank property | 32 | UAH 803,520 | bank premises, flats, office buildings |
* Median: half of the properties are cheaper, half more expensive.
Prices per metre vary widely: in small privatization over six months half of the properties went below UAH 2,514 per m², a quarter below 836, another quarter above 6,138. A village and a regional centre are different markets.
What actually gets bought
In six months 1,343 real estate auctions were held, and 816 failed — most often for lack of applications. But where a winner was determined (351 auctions), almost half — 175 — went more than 10% above the start. Records:
- 3/10 of a 15,997.9 m² building complex in Cherkasy — UAH 72.1 million from a start of 2.59 million, 13 bidders;
- part of a nine-storey factory office building of 8,269.7 m² in Kyiv — 114.1 million from a start of 7.95 million, 14 bidders;
- 139.4 m² of premises on Tsentralnyi Avenue in Mykolaiv — 2.26 million from a start of UAH 133,730.
Bidding in bankruptcy is even more active: of 116 sales in six months, half went at least 21% above the start.
Cheapest right now
- A 38.9 m² non-residential building in Voznesensk — starting at UAH 853.48, auction on 3 November;
- 114 m² of non-residential premises at 20 Tsentralna St in Nosivka — UAH 4,586, 5 November;
- a 33.5 m² garage in Tiachiv — UAH 3,587, 27 October.
A low start is no promise of a low price: such lots often rise several times. But if an auction fails, the next attempt is cheaper — see the article on repeat auctions.
How to buy property at auction
- Find a lot — in the “Real estate for sale” catalogue (with city pages, for example Kyiv and Lviv) or set a filter and get new lots in Telegram.
- Read the lot documents: technical condition, encumbrances, sale terms (privatization may carry buyer obligations), viewing.
- Register with an operator and apply before the deadline — how to do it.
- Pay the guarantee and registration fees — how much and when they are returned.
- Auction and contract. The winner signs the protocol and contract and pays within the term set in the lot.
