Bank collateral at Prozorro.Sale auctions: what Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Raiffeisen and banks in liquidation are selling
Banks sell their own premises, flats, parking spaces, cars and property taken from debtors via Prozorro.Sale. Who is selling what now, what it goes for, and how DGF auctions differ from a sale by a working bank.

Ukrainian banks sell real estate, cars and equipment at the same Prozorro.Sale auctions as the state. As of 17 October 2026, working banks have listed 102 lots here — property sales and leases and distressed assets (excluding land), and banks in liquidation (via the Deposit Guarantee Fund) another 100. Here is what is for sale and how to buy it.
What this property is
- The bank’s own real estate — small premises in villages and small towns, office buildings, flats.
- Property taken from debtors — what people call “collateral”: houses, plots, parking spaces, boiler houses. State banks sell it through a separate procedure for distressed assets.
- Claims — the debts themselves. A different product: you buy not a thing but the right to collect money. See a separate guide.
Who is selling now
- Oschadbank — the most active. State bank real estate: 21.5 m² in the village of Spas in Prykarpattia — UAH 220,800, 18.3 m² in Krasnokutsk — UAH 86,280; parking spaces at 59 Zvirynetska St in Kyiv — 728,000–822,000 per space (auctions on 23 October); two plots of 2.25 ha in Kozyn near Kyiv — 29.26 million. In six months the bank held 55 real estate sale auctions and sold 14 properties; of its distressed real estate, 7 of 10 sold.
- Ukrgasbank — “state bank assets” at Dutch auctions on 29 October: modular boiler houses with boilers (14.8–23.5 million), a 7,744.8 m² non-residential building in Kharkiv — 40.1 million, a house with a plot — 3.19 million. These are third attempts.
- Raiffeisen Bank — a 422.1 m² street-front building in Odesa’s business centre — 14.3 million, auction on 28 October; used Volkswagen Transporter and Caddy vans.
- Sense Bank — a 79.3 m² three-room flat in Kyiv — 3.25 million, second attempt, 29 October.
- Ukreximbank — a 7,317 m² family leisure centre building in Kyiv — 140.1 million, 6 November; Bank Credit Dnipro — a 97,422 m² building complex in Sumy for 43 million, fifth attempt.
PrivatBank and PUMB sell little via Prozorro.Sale: our database has two lots from each of them in total.
What it goes for
Bank property sells more often than you might think: of 321 auctions by working banks in six months, 87 had a winner. Where the object is attractive, people bid:
- Oschadbank’s 129.6 m² property at 78 Sambirska St in Drohobych — UAH 7.29 million from a start of 2.87 million, 9 bidders;
- 81.4 m² at 3-a Soborna St in Romny (Oschadbank distressed assets) — 1.6 million from a start of UAH 440,940, 7 bidders;
- Raiffeisen Bank’s 98.5 m² street-front premises in central Pryluky — 6.11 million from a start of 2 million, 7 bidders; 152.2 m² at 1 Lypynskoho St in Dnipro — 20.1 million from 13.1 million.
Banks in liquidation (DGF)
The Deposit Guarantee Fund sells the assets of banks that lost their licences. There are 100 lots now, 76 of them from RVS Bank; many loan claims and asset pools, but there are things too: a 140.2 m² four-room flat on Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard in Kyiv — 7.79 million (22 October), a 2016 Toyota Camry — 583,000 at a Dutch auction. Demand is weak: of 341 auctions in six months, eight had a winner. How these auctions work — in our guide on DGF bank assets.
How to buy
- Find a lot: bank sales are in the “Property sale”, “Commercial sale” and “Bank assets · DGF” catalogues, or set a filter with the word “bank” and get new lots in Telegram.
- Read the documents: title documents, encumbrances, registered residents (for flats), condition.
- Register with an operator, pay the guarantee fee and apply.
- If the auction fails, wait for the next attempt: the price goes down, and at a Dutch auction it falls in steps (how it works).
